28 April 2010 ! at 12:19 PM ! Pastor Jason asked 3 questions that left me wondering. Do you know who you are? Do you know why you are here, on this earth? Do you know where you are heading to? I'm glad to say that I know all the answers. But sadly, not many people know them. ): Do you? I know who I am, I am a redeemed & beloved child of God (: I'm here to glorify my Father in heaven & to worship Him with all that I am. (: I'm heading towards heaven, because Jesus has died on the Cross & has paid for all my sins - past, present & future. & because of that, I can be washed clean & stand righteous before my God, & have a reconciled relationship with God. I'm going to heaven! Are you? (: God has indeed been good to me. :D It's so wonderful to be able to wake up everyday & look out to all of His beautiful creations, whether rain or shine, His love calls out through everything & His presence is so sure, so certain. This week, I'm praying as it is written in Eph 4:29. Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. I pray that I will speak words of love, that it'll bring forth a fountain of blessings, just like the sweet spring water. (: Finances hasn't been easy on me, with the constant outings & gatherings, & having to pay for numerous presents. But somehow, by His grace, I've managed to get by everyday. I'm amazed that I haven't had to borrow money. But this week, perhaps even this month, I want to watch my finances more tightly, such that I won't spend on unnecessary things. I want to spend my money wisely (: It's a blessing, to even be able to spend with such freedom. This is especially so when I compare myself with the people of third-world countries. I want to be able to give more to those who really need it. (: <3, CASS. |
