27 January 2009 ! at 12:04 AM ! & collecting all the hong baos :D Anyway, I've been too busy (really! I wasn't lazy!!!) to update. Since the completion of my LA assignment, I have done... Practically nothing for constructive schoolwork. ))): I am still left with the same amount of assignments left. I ought to be really pressed for time yet... Here I am, blogging away. Ah wells. Anyway, since last week, I've been troubled, deeply, about both fencing and hmss exco positions. It's really vexing and hard to choose between the both. However thank God that as I seeked His will for me, He laid a burden in my heart to pick fencing exco. He gave me a reason I could never say no to. Fencing has a lot less Christians (if I'm not wrong, I'm the only one in exco :/) and I need to shine there. Not that hmss doesn't need another shining light, but somehow I felt a burden to shine in fencing. After all, it's also the only other reason why I stayed on in Fencing despite the numerous sprains and twisted ankles suffered this year. Well the other's obviously passion. I really love fencing! ;D I feel so guilty towards Alicia! She called me during hmss exco meeting (which I skipped and went for fencing's instead) and I was on my way home. And once I answered she started rambling on and on about the positions available in hmss exco in an animated and excited voice! I had no choice but to go "um...". For a moment she thought she was disturbing me and I was busy but then I confessed that I had something to tell her. I told her I got into fencing exco and I may have to pull out from hmss exco. I FEEL SO GUILTY ): Alicia, if you ever read this, I want to apologize a million times over! I didn't mean to drop the bomb on you like this but... I had no choice. It was either then or later. Might as well get it done and over with, so that you can still find a person who is able to commit and handle the post better than I can. Oh mann, I really really really want to stay on in hmss exco. It feels like such a privilege to get in when out of so many who had apply, I got it. ))): Well Alicia said that she'll get back to me so... We'll see how again. As of now, my position in hmss exco's like, pending or something I think. :// Ohoh! On Wednesday my friend told me my eyes were pretty! During the fencing exco meeting. Haha, he suddenly stared into my eyes and asked if I was wearing contacts. I'd figured he thought I was wearing coloured contacts so I told him I was wearing contacts but not coloured ones :D Then he said my eyes were pretty! Thank You God! For giving me a pair of pretty hazel brown eyes! :D I hope there are girls in fencing exco! On wednesday during the fencing exco meeting I was the only girl. ))): Dear God, please give me a fellow Christian girl companion in fencing exco! Or else I might just die... ))): Had SYFC subcore meeting on Thursday evening. As a result, I had to miss fencing training ))): Sianz. Well, next subcore meeting's on Germaise's & Rui Jing's birthday! I'll try to rearrange it for some other day? :// Ah wells. Samantha bought the Twilight series! Okay I'm sharing with her but still. Haha, I started to reread the Harry Potter series today! ;D I MISS GOOD BOOKS <333 There are so many books I wanna read! The time traveller's wife, I want to continue with the series of the travelling pants, the other book by Khaled Hosseini etc etc. :// So little time! ))): <3, CASS. |
